Rojava University transforms the teaching of English in its colleges and institutes into a specialized institute.
In order to improve English language for the students and focus on teaching the “English language” subject in the best and most recent ways and methods, the University of Rojava opened the “English Institute” for all university students.
The opening of this institute came as a substitute for teaching English language subjects that were taught as a “non-specialized” subject within colleges and institutes, by converting the teaching of English language to the institute instead of teaching it as a subject within colleges and institutes, so that this subject is not marginalized for non-specialists.
Where this institute receives all students of colleges and institutes, and their classes are allocated outside the official lectures of the university, English classes are 6 hours distributed over 3 days a week to within the institute, and the subjects are taught to students by a group of English teachers.
English claaes within the institute are essential subjects such as specialist subjects, and the marks of the institute subjects are counted within the general total of students ’grades in their colleges and institutes.
